Founded in 1990. in Rijeka, SPB - INŽENJERING Ltd. is registered for designing, supervising, performing works and servicing in the field of mechanical engineering and electrical engineering. Specializing in the design and production of lifting and handling equipment, we have been providing our highest quality services to customers across Croatia and the surrounding area for almost three decades.

Since its beginnings, we have been privately owned by two mechanical engineering graduates, mainly design oriented. The production process with the installation and repair of cranes was soon launched, with an increase in the number of employed mechanics and electricians, so for many years we can offer a complete service for the design, manufacture, supply, installation and servicing of cranes. The tradition of designing, manufacturing and installing a range of cranes and lifting equipment offers solutions for all market demands and needs. Recognizable product quality is ensured through the procurement and installation of reputable suppliers equipment, certification of finished products by authorized companies and through controlled production processes according to ISO 9001: 2015. We have been in possession of a Business Quality Certificate since 2007, with regular audit of an authorized house and a recertification process every three years. We collect confirmation of quality work done from our clients on an annual basis, taking into account any criticisms or suggestions.

We consider investing in office space and equipment very important in order to maintain the quality of service, but also the satisfaction of employees. In addition to the continuous modernization of tools, the fleet has been almost completely rebuilt in the last five years. During 2018, funds have been withdrawn from European funds for the acquisition of new metalworking machines, for computer equipment and software solutions in support of design activities and for laying the industrial floor in the manufacturing facility. In 2019, EU funds will fund the creation of a modern website and an adequate catalog of products and equipment.

Over the years, we have seen a steady increase in orders, revenue, and headcount as a reflection of persistence, expertise, planning and professional leadership. Today, we employ about thirty professional staff, with a tendency for further growth. Particular pride in the company is the low fluctuation and years of experience in the company, warm working climate, open and two-way communication and friendly relations among all employees.
