TECHNICAL DESCRIPTION:
For the needs of investor, company HEP - proizvodnja Ltd., a project of a manual suspended bridge crane was made, and it was manufactured and installed in the entrance device of the Valići dam, which is part of the HPP Rijeka system. The maximum load capacity of the crane is 1,5 t, and the span of the bridge is 3,31 m, while the lifting height is 5,126 m.
The working movements of the crane: driving the bridge and suspended trolleys, and lifting/lowering the load are performed manually using suspended control chains.
The main girder of the crane is 5,6 m long, ie it is made with overhangs at both ends in relation to the crane tracks, so that all elements of the purifier drive on the upper floor of the entrance device can be accessed. The shorter overhang is 950 mm long and the longer 1360 mm. The maximum capacity of the crane on the overhangs of the main girder is limited to 300 kg due to the stability of the crane in operation.
A single-girder bridge crane consists of:
- steel structure, consisting of:
- main girder manufactured from HEA profile,
- end carriages manufactured from NPU profiles,
- shafts with suspended chain for driving the crane along the crane tracks,
- hoist with suspended control chains.
