TECHNICAL DESCRIPTION:

For the needs of the investor, company Monter strojarske montaže JSC, a project of a manual single-girder bridge crane was made, and it was manufactured, installed and commissioned. The maximum load capacity of the crane is 5 t, the span of the bridge is 7,1 m and the lifting height is 3,38 m. The crane is mounted in the pumping station Stinica in Stinica.

All working movements of the crane: driving the bridge, suspension hoist and lifting / lowering the load, are manually driven.

The crane is operated from the floor by suspended control chains.

The single-girder bridge crane consists of:

• steel structure, consisting of:
  • main girder produced from IPE profile,
  • end carriages,
  • shaft with suspended chain for driving the crane along the crane tracks,
• manually operated hoist with trolley with two control chains.
