TECHNICAL DESCRIPTION:
For the needs of investor, company Duran JSC, a project of a suspended bridge crane was made, and it was manufactured, installed and commissioned. The maximum load capacity of the crane is 500 kg, the span of the bridge is 3,9 m, while the lifting height is 2,72 m. The crane is mounted in the production hall of the company Duran JSC in Pula.
All working movements of the crane: driving the bridge, driving the suspensioned hoist and lifting / lowering the load, are electrically driven. All drives are two-speed and frequency-controlled, ensuring a smooth start, a smooth transition between speeds and a soft stop without dynamic shocks.
The crane is operated from the floor by a suspended control button with reduced voltage.
The single-girder bridge crane consists of:
- steel structure, consisting of:
- main girder produced from IPE profile,
- end carriages made of rectangular steel tube,
- electric driving hoist, and
- electrical equipment.
The electrical equipment of the crane consists of:
- electric motor of the lifting mechanism with brake,
- electric motors with brakes for driving a hoist,
- two electric motors with brakes for driving the bridge,
- control cabinet,
- limit switches for switching off the lift drive, the hoist drive and the bridge drive,
- suspended cable pendant control station with reduced voltage,
- main switches, and
- power and control cables within the crane itself.
