TECHNICAL DESCRIPTION:

For the needs of investor, the company Aluminij JSC. a project of a wall mounted mobile jib crane was made, pcs.2. The maximum load capacity of the cranes is 5 t, the reach of the hook is 4,87 m, and the lifting height is 15 m. The cranes are mounted in the production hall of the company Aluminij JSC. in Mostar on the existing crane tracks and the existing power supply.

All working movements of the crane are electrically driven and in two speeds. The crane is controlled by a remote radio control, and the crane also has a backup control by a suspended cable control unit with reduced voltage.

The steel construction of the wall mounted mobile jib crane basically consists of:

• from the main console,
• side frame bracket.

Hoists with electric motor are installed as a lifting mechanism, and each of them consists of electrically driven trolleys and an electric rope hoist.
