TECHNICAL DESCRIPTION:
Lifting beam - "bridge", with a nominal load capacity of 70 t is intended for internal crane transport of transformers with a total weight of up to 70 t. Transformers are hung on the lifting beam with polyester straps over two suspension devices mounted on the upper belt plate of the main support beam support. Suspension devices can be moved along the beam to allow adjustment of the transformer suspension distance. The distance of the suspension of the transformer to the suspension devices can be changed in a certain range with a step of displacement.
Given the possibility of an asymmetrical position of the center of gravity of the transformer that can result in loads in the suspension in the ratio of 20 t + 50 t, the suspension devices are dimensioned to a maximum load of 50 t.
The lifting beam basically consists of the following parts:
- the main girder of the lifting beam with a nominal load capacity of 70 t,
- two pieces of suspension devices, with a nominal load capacity of 50 t, which move along the beam,
- elements for receiving the supporting beam on the crane hook.
The beam is constructed and equipped with suspensions that allow the device to be hung on:
- crane with a load capacity of 70 t, equipped with a double hook size 25 according to DIN 15402, or on
- crane with a capacity of 120 t, which is equipped with a double hook size 40 according to DIN 15402.
