TECHNICAL DESCRIPTION:

According to the request of the investor, company Vodotehnika JSC., we designed, manufactured, assembled, tested and put into operation an column jib crane with capacity of 2 t, reach of 3,955 m and a lifting height of 4 m. Crane was installed in pumping station „Glog“ in Opuzenu.

 

The column jib crane is used for lifting and handling loads. All movements are performed on electric drive, and they are: lifting and lowering the load, driving the hoist along the console and the rotation of the console.

 

The crane is operated from the floor by means of a suspended control unit with reduced voltage.

 

Considering the number of working hours and the load, the column jib crane SKD 2 t / 4 m belongs to the A4 operating class according to the HRN ISO 4301-5 standard.

 

Column cantilever crane consists of:

  • steel structure, consisting of:
    • column, consisting of a steel column and a base plate,
    • console made of IPE profile,
  • hoist,
  • electrical equipment.

 

The column jib crane was installed on an anchor basket that had previously been sunk into the concrete base.

 

We installed electric driving hoist manufactured by "Verlinde" France, model: VR12 2005 b1F, which has mechanical protection against overload, ie friction coupling.

 

Also, the driving hoist has built-in limit switches for the upper and lower hook positions.

 

The electrical equipment of the crane consists of:

  • electric motor for lifting / lowering of load,
  • electric motor for driving the hoist,
  • switch cabinet for crane control,
  • suspended cable control unit with reduced voltage,
  • main switches and
  • power and control cables within the crane itself.

 

Rigid steel bumpers are installed at both ends of the steel console to protect the hoist from falling off the profile.
