TECHNICAL DESCRIPTION:
At the request of the investor, the fishing trade - owned by Branimir Gvačić, the derrick crane was reconstructed and upgraded with the addition of second console, in addition to the existing one, where the derrick crane now has a main and auxiliary console. The crane is mounted on the existing foundation on the operational shore where the vessel is being lifted, on which a derrick crane with one console with a load capacity of 3,2 t was previously located.
The main bracket has a nominal load capacity of 7 t, a hook reach of 4,25 m and a lifting height of 9,65 m. The auxiliary bracket, pre-assembled, has a nominal load capacity of 3,2 t, a hook reach of 3,5 m and a lifting height of 9,5 m. auxiliary console is mounted pre-existing drive.
All working movements of the crane: lifting / lowering the vessel and rotation of the consoles are electrically driven.
The purpose of the crane is to lift / lower the vessel from/into the sea and place it on a transport trolley, vehicle or deck chair.
The steel construction of the crane basically consists of:
- load-bearing column,
- two consoles with clamps (main and auxiliary),
- service platform and climbers.
The electrical equipment of the crane consists of:
- two electric motors of the main lifting mechanism,
- electric motor auxiliary lifting mechanism,
- electric motor of the rotation mechanism of the main console,
- electric motor of the rotation mechanism of the auxiliary console,
- control cabinet,
- radio remote control and suspended cable control unit (as reserve),
- main switches, and
- power and control cables within the crane itself.
