LOCATION: Kali

YEAR OF PRODUCTION: 2015.

TECHNICAL CHARACTERISTICS:

  • maximum crane capacity: 6,3 t
  • hook reach: 4,5 m
  • lifting height: 7 m
  • load lifting speed: 4/1,3 m/min
  • console rotation speed: 0,09/0,285 rpm
  • rotation angle: unlimited

TECHNICAL DESCRIPTION:

According to the request of the investor, company Hripa Ltd., we designed, manufactured, assembled, tested and put into operation an electric column jib crane for marina with a load capacity of 6,3 t, a hook reach of 4,5 m and a lifting height of 7 m. The crane was installed on the operating shore of company Hripa Ltd., and is equipped with a cross spreader for boats.

Given the conditions and frequency of operation, the crane is classified in II. operating class. The lifting / lowering of the load as well as the rotation of the console are electrically driven.

The angle of rotation of the console is unlimited, while the crane has a fixed hook reach. The crane is controlled remotely via radio control unit, and as a reserve, the cable control unit on the control platform on the crane is installed.

The steel construction of the marina crane basically consists of:

  • load-bearing column,
  • console.

The lifting mechanism consists of an electric hoist manufactured by "MISIA PARANCHI S.R.L." Milan, Italy, type: XM316NS4H7A/5 and a set of turn pulleys on top of the support rope guide, and a hook assembly with a load capacity of 6,3 t.

The electrical equipment of the crane consists of:

  • planetary gear motor, for crane console rotation drive,
  • electric hoist for lifting loads,
  • rotary switch,
  • control cabinet,
  • radio remote control unit and cable control unit,
  • main switches, and
  • power and control cables within the crane itself.

Along with the SKD-RM 6,3 t / 4,5 m marine crane, a cross spreader hanging on a hook was also delivered. Two polyester straps are hung on four-points on the cross spreader and are used to cover the hull of a ship rising or lowering into the sea. The load capacity of the cross spreader should be equivalent to the load capacity of the crane itself.
